Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Soaperstar Laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, stain removal, and home collection and delivery.

By using our services, the customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions.
Soaperstar reserves the right to refuse any service in case of non-compliance or misuse.

• The customer is responsible for making the properly packaged clothing available at the scheduled time.

• In case of absence, a new collection time may be scheduled.

• Deliveries are made to the pre-arranged location within an average of 24 to 48 hours.

• All items are handled with the utmost care.

• Soaperstar is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect labels, prior wear and tear of the fabric, or items left in pockets.

• Specific products (e.g., for stubborn stains) are treated after a prior assessment.

• Prices are available on the website and in the physical store.

• Payment can be made in cash, by card or via MB Way.

• Soaperstar reserves the right to update prices without prior notice, always maintaining transparency with the customer.

• The customer can cancel or reschedule the pickup up to 2 hours before the scheduled time, at no additional cost.

• After this period, a travel fee may be charged.

• In the event of proven loss or damage caused by Soaperstar, the maximum compensation will be limited to the replacement value of the item in question, upon presentation of proof of purchase or estimated value.

• All website content (text, images, logo and design) is the property of Soaperstar and may not be used without prior authorization.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
  In case of litigation, the Court of the District of Lisbon has jurisdiction.
